KALINGAP is a non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization (NGO) organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It was founded by a group of committed and capable individuals who were inspired by their diverse background and experiences in development work and guided by their spiritual and moral beliefs and values orientation.
